The Challenge
International growth and increasing order volumes raised the demands on productivity, speed and accuracy. At the same time, full traceability for all products had to be ensured, varying levels of automation had to be accommodated, and local requirements had to be reflected. The goal was end-to-end transparency and coordinated management of the international logistics network.
Our Solution
Mantis by ecovium designed and implemented the solution according to the requirements of the individual entities, local markets and distribution centers. Five WMS components combine warehouse management, automation orchestration, SAP connectivity and cross-site transparency.
