About us The ecovium group
ecovium came together in 2021 with the aim of sending a strong signal of awakening for the industry and setting the course for new directions in logistics.
At ecovium, we bring together experts from the fields of customs, warehousing, shipping, transport and hardware under one roof and offer our customers sustainable and economical solutions for their value-added processes. Based on many years of development, consulting and project management experience from twelve companies, our team faces the logistical challenges of tomorrow. Each individual benefits from the knowledge and skills of the others and has the chance to surpass themself. All this with a common goal in mind: logistics and beyond.
History
1991/1999
Foundation of the MHP Software GmbH and the MHP Solution Group GmbH in Neustadt am Rübenberge. In the years that followed, development into the leading provider of applications for shipping processing, foreign trade and warehouse logistics in Europe.
2010
The customs and foreign trade experts at TIA Innovations GmbH from Böbingen are the first company to join the MHP Solution Group.
2013
Expansion of the corporate group within Europe and founding of the development company MHP Solution Center based in Spain.
2016
The investment company Elvaston acquires a majority share in the MHP Solution Group in order to drive forward the long-term development of the group of companies.
2016 / 2017
Integration of BNS Software GmbH from Düsseldorf, a technology expert for freight forwarding and logistics software, and the warehouse management company aisys GmbH into the MHP Solution Group.
2019
Expansion of the logistics division through the acquisition of LogControl GmbH from Pforzheim and the KDL Logistiksysteme GmbH based in Hamburg.
2020
TMS provider TRANSDATA Software GmbH & Co. KG, Hardware System Integrator PANDA PRODUCTS Barcode-Systeme GmbH and AZ GmbH, a specialist for origin of goods and preference calculation, become part of the MHP Solution Group.
2020
The MHP Solution Group wins FSN Capital as a new investor.
2021
Purchase of the SAP and customs expert AZS GmbH and ZOB GmbH and integration into the Group.
2021
Merger to form ecovium and associated strategic realignment of the company's focus.
2022
Mantis, the provider of warehouse management systems, joined ecovium at the beginning of 2022.
The international portfolio thus expands to over 30 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Israel,
the USA and Canada as well as Latin America, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia-Pacific.

ecovium's headquarters are in Neustadt near Hanover. At this and 21 other ecovium locations worldwide, we jointly develop the logistics solutions of tomorrow and serve our customers throughout Europe.
Wherever our customers are, we are not far away. Direct and fast communication with our business partners is important to us.
The structure of our Business Intelligence Center as a hybrid, virtual organization enables us, for example, to deploy modern BI solutions holistically, both internally and in customer projects. Whether sales, training, installation and project management or support - our team is at work wherever BI services are required.
Our Solution Center also operates across locations and in an agile manner. It is located in La Laguna, the most important university city in Tenerife. From there, the 30-strong team works as a technical solution provider for all ecovium companies. The focus is on the development of individual software solutions for transport, warehousing, customs and shipping, but also for cross-divisional logistics projects and processes.
