Cookies
Some of the website pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Cookies that are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection information.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Without providing data, it is not possible to process your request.

E-Mail-Marketing & Reporting
We send emails with product information for advertising purposes with the consent of the recipient on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. At the same time, the recipient consents to reporting, with which we can analyze user behavior (e.g. accesses, sources). This allows us to determine which services and products from us are of interest to the recipient.
Registration for our product information takes place via a double opt-in procedure: After registering, you will receive an e-mail in which you are asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary to verify you as the owner of the e-mail. The registration for the product information is logged in order to be able to prove the registration in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the times of registration and confirmation as well as your IP address. Likewise, further data that you have provided during registration will be saved.
You can revoke your consent to contact and reporting at any time. You will find a link for this in every email you receive from us. The lawfulness of the processing until the revocation is not affected by this.
We use the service provider HubSpot, which is based in the USA. Within the scope of processing by HubSpot, data may be transmitted to the USA. In addition to the order processing contract, standard contractual clauses have been agreed to ensure an adequate level of protection (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c DSGVO).
